Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance for smaller events (10–30 guests) and 2–3 weeks for larger events. For weddings and grand celebrations, 4–6 weeks is ideal to ensure the best experience and availability.

Absolutely. We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal dietary requirements. Simply let us know your guests' needs when you submit your enquiry and we'll build your menu accordingly.

Yes! Our Premium and Grand Celebration packages include serving staff and chafing dishes. For Essential packages, we can add staffing at an additional cost. We bring everything needed to serve your event professionally.

We serve Chatham and the surrounding New Jersey area including Short Hills, Madison, Summit, Millburn, and beyond. For events further afield, please contact us to discuss and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We require a 25% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full deposit refund.

Yes! For Premium and Grand Celebration packages, we offer a complimentary tasting session at our restaurant. This allows you to experience your chosen dishes before the big day and make any final adjustments to the menu.
