Chicken Tikka Masala
Oven-baked chicken tikka in a roasted, masala-rich gravy.
The fiery Goan classic: tangy, vinegar-forward, unapologetic.
Every menu needs a dish that means it, and vindaloo is ours. Born in Goa from Portuguese-Indian fusion (vinha d'alhos — wine and garlic — became vindaloo), it's a bold curry built on vinegar, garlic, and a serious chili presence that builds sip by sip.
What separates real vindaloo from generic 'hot curry' is the tang: the vinegar base cuts through the heat with a bright, almost pickled sharpness that keeps you coming back in. We marinate the chicken in the vinegar-spice paste before it ever meets the pan. Order it with basmati rice, raita, and a mango lassi — the traditional fire extinguishers — and know that we calibrate heat honestly here. If you want it truly Goan-hot, say so; if you want the flavor with less burn, medium vindaloo is a real option, not a cop-out.

What guests ask us most about chicken spicy vindaloo.
Vindaloo is a Goan curry descended from the Portuguese dish vinha d’alhos. It’s defined by a tangy vinegar-garlic base and assertive chili heat — one of India’s spiciest well-known dishes.
It’s the hottest dish on our menu — genuinely spicy, with heat that builds. We can dial it to medium if you want the tangy flavor with less fire.
Dairy beats water: raita, mango lassi, or a spoon of kheer all calm the burn. Rice and naan help too. If you’re dining in, a cold pilsner (we’re BYOB) is the classic pairing.
